Apply oil onto the following acupuncture points on both sides of the body & massage, or place a few drops in the palms of your hands, gently rub together and then breathe in the aroma.

How to locate the points

HT 7 -  on the inner wrist crease, towards the ulnar (little finger) side and about one-fifth of the distance across the wrist.

KD 3 - in the inner ankle, in a depression between the inner ankle bone (medial malleolus) and the achilles tendon.

An Mian - Make an ‘L’ with the index finger and thumb – place the index finger directly in front of your ear and let the thumb press right against the base of the skull. You’ll notice a slight depression next to a bone called the mastoid process, and that is where An Mian is located.
